The <strong>exhibition<\/strong> <strong>\u201cBellissima. The Italy of high fashion, 1945-1968\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0features daytime, cocktail and evening garments up to the space-age style of the Sixties: veritable works of art created by <strong>top Italian designers<\/strong> like Maria Antonelli, Renato Balestra, Delia Biagiotti, Biki, Carosa, Roberto Capucci, Gigliola Curiel, Enzo, Fabiani, Fendi, Forquet, Irene Galitzine, Fernanda Gattinoni, Pino Lancetti, Germana Marucelli, Emilio Pucci, Fausto Sarli, Mila Sch\u00f6n, Emilio Schuberth, Simonetta, Sorelle Fontana, Valentino and Jole Veneziani.    It\u2019s in this context, where the personality of a garment takes shape and instils its spirit into extraordinary fabrics, that the history of high fashion is interwoven with that of <strong>Italian industry<\/strong> and textile sample collections. An obvious name amidst all the company archives involved in this exhibition is <strong>Agnona<\/strong>, which has been contributing to the evolution of fashion and style since 1953 by producing fabrics for the world\u2019s greatest designers.    The <strong>Agnona collection<\/strong>, conserved in the <a title=\"Casa Zegna\" href=\"\/?page_id=287\"><strong>Zegna Archives<\/strong><\/a> in <strong>Trivero<\/strong> (Biella), has over <strong>20,000 images<\/strong> and <strong>28,000 fabric samples<\/strong> that are still an extraordinary source of inspiration for new collections.
