It helps them navigate a continually changing labor market and avoid the risk of social exclusion and becoming NEET (not in Education, Employment or Training), a condition in which they can\u2019t even imagine a future for themselves in the Biella area. Thanks to Reshape, young people can make educational and occupational choices for themselves and feel stronger and readier for the world surrounding them.
