This book, published by Mousse Publishing (2013, 80 pages), records the work of Roman Signer for ALL’APERTO. Through a rich set of documentary images, it illustrates the project, production and installation of “”Horloge””, as well as the explosive action which marked its unveiling.<\/p>\n\n

The volume has a preface by Anna Zegna and an introduction by Andrea Zegna, followed by a wide-ranging conversation between Roman Signer, Barbara Casavecchia and Giovanni Carmine, director of the Kunsthalle in St. Gallen. Starting with “”Horloge””, Signer covers a lot of ground: from his initial failures as factory worker to his obsession with clocks and volcanoes, and his work as a sculptor of time.<\/p>\n\n
