{"id":7687,"date":"2024-11-20T10:54:22","date_gmt":"2024-11-20T10:54:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fondazionezegna.org\/progetti\/casa-zegna-roberto-coda-zabetta\/"},"modified":"2024-11-27T14:06:44","modified_gmt":"2024-11-27T14:06:44","slug":"casa-zegna-roberto-coda-zabetta","status":"publish","type":"progetti","link":"https:\/\/www.fondazionezegna.org\/en\/projects\/casa-zegna-roberto-coda-zabetta\/","title":{"rendered":"Casa Zegna \u2013 Roberto Coda Zabetta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>And Garden Created Man.<\/strong><br><strong>Exhibition by di Roberto Coda Zabetta<\/strong><br><br>The artist Roberto Coda Zabetta (Biella, 1975) presents the works \u201cFrana e Fango\u201d (\u201clandslide and mud\u201d) at Casa Zegna, creating a sort of wild garden: in Coda Zabetta\u2019s work, nature is evoked through the use of an explosive chromatic charge and dense material that accumulates on the canvas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exhibition\u2019s title is taken from E il giardino cre\u00f2 l\u2019uomo (1912) by Jorn de Pr\u00e9cy, a philosopher and passionate gardener who lived in the 19th and 20th centuries. In his short book, de Pr\u00e9cy holds that to be gardeners and create real gardens we must listen to nature and the genius loci. We must never obstruct the forces at work in nature but work with them. De Pr\u00e9cy shows how humankind has over the millennia modelled nature to create their habitat, building, rebuilding and manipulating the Earth and forgetting its delicate balances and needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like de Pr\u00e9cy, the entrepreneur Ermenegildo Zegna foresaw these crises at the beginning of the 20th century, and Oasi Zegna, now more precious than ever, bears eloquent witness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondazionezegna.org\/en\/temporary-exhibition\/and-the-garden-created-man\/\">exhibition <\/a>is part of a <strong>project that Fondazione Zegna is dedicating to relations between nature<\/strong>, art and science, which was launched in 2020 along with the <strong>Zegna Forest reforestation plan<\/strong>, and the monitoring of Oasi Zegna\u2019s state of health.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","timeline":[25],"categoria-progetti":[57],"class_list":["post-7687","progetti","type-progetti","status-publish","hentry","timeline-25","categoria-progetti-culture-and-landscape-enhancement"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
