CasaZegna, nuovo polo di aggregazione culturale e prezioso strumento di memoria storica, industriale e sociale dà vita a un percorso fotografico estratto dall’imponente archivio che la famiglia Zegna ha raccolto negli anni. Alla figura del fondatore dell’omonimo Lanificio e all’eredità tramandata si può far risalire l’intento e l’incipit della conservazione della storia Zegna; una puntigliosa e precisa archiviazione dei documenti e, soprattutto, dei preziosi campionari tessuto, sinonimo di un’assoluta volontà di trasmissione delle esperienze. Un percorso che va dall'accurata selezione delle materie prime al prodotto, alla cultura, all'attenzione verso l'ambiente ed il sociale. La mostra ripercorre le importanti opere che Ermenegildo Zegna fece costruire attorno al Lanificio a partire dagli anni ’30 (dalla costruzione del Centro Zegna agli interventi sul paesaggio, passando per la realizzazione della Panoramica Zegna).
