Birth and Mission
Fondazione Ermenegildo Zegna aims to collaborate in creating a better future for the next generations. Inspired by the ethics that guided the founder of the Lanificio since 1910, the third generation of the family created the foundation in 2000 to give continuity to the received philanthropic heritage.
OUR TRANSPARENCY
Structure
The organs of the Ermenegildo Zegna ETS Foundation are:
– the Board of Directors;
– the President and the Vice President;
– the Controlling Body;
– the Executive Committee.
The President of the Ermenegildo Zegna ETS Foundation is Anna Zegna, Vice-President Renata Zegna, the Board of Directors has the participation of other family members and external members.
HOW WE DO WORK
Action modalities
Partner and projects are selected based on criteria of transparency, ethics, and quality. Depending on the nature of the projects, the Zegna Foundation provides either pure philanthropic funding or development funds inspired by the principle of self-sustainability.
