Soft Life – Wrapped in natural fibers

From 6th May to 9th July 2017 – an exhibition dedicated to the love of animals, at Casa Zegna in May 2017

Reviving people’s respect for animals and the environment by way of the quality and variety of natural fabrics: this is the message behind “Soft life – wrapped in natural fibers”, an exhibition curated by Maria Luisa Frisa at Casa Zegna till 9 July 2017.

The history of fabrics magically transports spectators back to the origin of our respect for animals, the bedrock of an ethical industry like Zegna Group, which believes in social and environmental values and has always operated with respect for the environment and the long-term wellbeing of our planet.

With extraordinary wools and fabrics, outstanding in terms of both quality and comfort, and images and maps, visitors come into contact with a world that merges knowledge and imagination. Thanks also to entertaining stylized animals lined with samples, specimens and off-cuts from Lanificio Zegna creations that produce a colored zoo.

For little kids, “Tanti Habitat per Tutti”, a cycle of Montessori-inspired workshops. One in particular not to miss is “Per un pelo…”, which focuses on the surfaces and patterns we see on other animals.
